A Yorktown resident (born and raised here) and a Lakeland High School graduate, I earned my degree from Mercy University and have raised my two children in this wonderful Hudson River Valley. Over the years, I've proudly served as a PTSA Executive Board Member, Fundraising Chairperson, and basketball coach. My roots run deep in Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties, where I've personally bought and sold homes for over 3 decades-including helping my children and their families find homes of their own.

This hands-on experience has given me a well-rounded understanding of the market, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, design, vacant land acquisition and subdivision planning. I love sharing this knowledge with clients to help them navigate their journey with clarity and confidence.
